Chef Timothy Goh
Started as a enginnering student in Singapore and had no interest in machine have move to a career as a chef.
Pursing his diploma in Melbourne Australia, worked with numerous famous people in Victoria such as Heston and Miguel.
He is now currently working at Bill Goat Hill Brassaire at Mount Evelyn.
I am sure he will bring you a mouth watering dishes
